Repair/Service Call
Any kind of repair problem with the spa.
If a renter of your home can not figure out how to turn spa temp up and we have to go there and do that for them that is concidered a service call. So please post directions on how to use your spa.

After Hours/Weekend Service Call
Anything needed before 8am, after 5pm or on a weekend/holiday. |

Dumps and Scrubs
Drain spa, clean spa suface, refill, clean filters and add chemicals needed.
(We use our discresion as to when draining is needed because it is our responsabilty to have the spa clean and SAFE for people to use. If a person gets sick from dirty spa water we are responsible not the home owner or rental agent, so we are trying to protect you and ourselves) |
